 EM&A to Assist with Oil Spill Response in GOMFriday, April 30, 2010EM&A staff has been mobilized to assist with the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. EM&A Principal Scientists, Drs. Don Aurand and Gina Coelho, have been working a variety of oil spill planning and response projects for more than twenty years for both industry and Federal agencies. The company's expertise on the fate and effect of oil spills, as well as environmental tradeoffs in spill response, should add a valuable element to the overall response and cleanup effort.
