 EM&A Awarded Alternative Energy Facilitation ProjectFriday, July 25, 2008Ecosystem Management & Associates, Inc. (EM&A) has been awarded an environmental services support contract to the Department of Interior, Minerals Management Service “Office of Offshore Alternative Energy Programs”.
During this three-year contract, EM&A will provide a variety of environmental services including public meeting facilitation, running alternative energy technology conferences, collecting data and preparing special studies to assist MMS with their proposed rulemaking for offshore alternative energy.
In addition, EM&A will collect input concerning potential alternative energy activity in specific regions of the Outer Continental Shelf.
