EM&A Begins Monitoring for Wood Turtles

In late December 2008, EM&A won its first contract with the Federal Highway Administration. Beginning in early 2009 the firm will conduct monitoring for wood turtles and other vulnerable species along the new highway construction project for Mulligan Road, just south of Washington DC. The monitoring project is expected to last for approximately three months.
